Set up locations

Learn how to create and manage multiple business locations in Terminal Pay to organise your payment terminals and transactions.

Access location settings

To access the location settings in Terminal Pay:

  • Tap the menu in the top right corner to open up the My account screen
  • Scroll down and tap on "Locations"

Create a new location

To create a new business location:

  • On the Locations screen, tap "Create new" at the bottom
  • Enter a location name (e.g., "Main Store", "Warehouse", "Pop-up Shop")
  • Fill in the address details (Address line 1, Address line 2 if needed)
  • Enter your business name
  • Enter the postcode
  • Tap "Save" to create the location

Manage existing locations

Editing a Location

  • On the Locations screen, tap on the location you want to edit
  • Update any of the location details as needed
  • Tap "Update" to save your changes

Switching Between Locations

  • When processing payments, look for the location selector at the top of the payment screen
  • Tap on it to view all your locations
  • Select the appropriate location for the transaction
