Learn how to switch between different Stripe accounts connected to your Terminal Pay app.

How to Switch Connect Accounts

If you have multiple Stripe accounts connected to Terminal Pay, you can easily switch between them:

  1. Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top right hand corner
  2. Go to the My account screen from the menu
  3. Select "Switch Connect Accounts"
  4. Enter your Stripe connect account details
  5. Click Sign in

Note: When you switch accounts, the app will refresh and load all data associated with the selected account, including transaction history, settings, and connected devices.
