View transaction history
Learn how to access, filter, and manage your transaction history in Terminal Pay.
1. Access your transaction history
To view your transaction history, go to the My account screen by clicking the menu in the top right corner of the app.
2. Tap on "My activity"
In the "Manage my account" section, tap on "My activity" to access your complete transaction history. This will open a screen showing all your transactions organised by date.
3. View your transactions
Your transactions will be displayed in chronological order, with the most recent at the top. Each transaction shows the date, amount, and payment method.
4. Filter your transactions
At the top of the "My activity" screen, you'll see filter options that allow you to narrow down your transaction list:
- Date filter: Tap "No dates selected" to filter transactions by specific dates or date ranges
- Type filter: Tap "No type selected" to filter by transaction type (e.g., payments, refunds, etc.)
5. View transaction details
To see detailed information about a specific transaction, tap on the transaction in the list. This will open the transaction detail screen, which includes:
- Transaction date and time
- Reference number
- Transaction amount
- Breakdown of subtotal, tip, fees, and net amount
- Card information (type, country, last four digits)
6. Print receipts or issue refunds
From the transaction detail screen, you can perform additional actions:
- Print receipt: Tap the "Print receipt" button to print a physical receipt (if you have a compatible printer connected)
- Issue refund: Tap the "Refund" button to process a full or partial refund for the transaction
