Process a refund

Follow these steps to process a refund in Terminal Pay:

  1. Go to the My account screen by clicking on the menu in the top right corner of the app.
  2. In the My account screen, tap on "My activity" to view your transaction history.
  3. Locate the transaction you want to refund in the list.
  4. Tap on the transaction to open its details.
  5. Tap the "Refund" button at the bottom of the screen.
  6. The full transaction amount will be displayed. Tap "Done" to confirm.
  7. On the confirmation screen, tap "Refund now" to complete the process.

Note: Refunds are processed immediately in Terminal Pay, but it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in the customer's account, depending on their bank's processing times.
