Process a refund
Follow these steps to process a refund in Terminal Pay:
- Go to the My account screen by clicking on the menu in the top right corner of the app.
- In the My account screen, tap on "My activity" to view your transaction history.
- Locate the transaction you want to refund in the list.
- Tap on the transaction to open its details.
- Tap the "Refund" button at the bottom of the screen.
- The full transaction amount will be displayed. Tap "Done" to confirm.
- On the confirmation screen, tap "Refund now" to complete the process.
Note: Refunds are processed immediately in Terminal Pay, but it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in the customer's account, depending on their bank's processing times.
